Our Rosato Balsamic Vinegar is produced from rose wine and is the perfect balance of fruit and acid. The beautiful pink color will brighten up your salad dressings.
Use on fresh fruit, pecan and walnut pieces, and fine cheeses. Drizzle over asparagus, wild rice, roasted vegetables, oysters, grilled fish, meats and poultry. Add a splash to sautéing meats and vegetables, use as a light marinade for pork and fish.
